Where Is All the Inventory? IPO Buzz Related?
If you've been following the Pacifica real estate market recently, it's no surprise that inventory levels have been tight but this week new listing dropped to four. 4! That's right, only four new homes were added to the MLS this week, and 11 homes on the market were marked pending. You might be asking yourself, "what's going on, where's all the inventory?"..."does it have to do with the recent IPO buzz?"

Home Valuations - For Buyer's
Normally, home valuations are reserved for sellers. A walk through is done and a home valuation based on location, neighborhood, recent sales, and home condition are factored into the home valuation.
