The Opportunity Is There...Are you Ready?
Of the 18 homes on the market in Pacifica, 11 of them have over 17 days on market - which is a sign of opportunity to a savvy buyer.
Here's my take: we can get in with little to no competition and have a solid chance of getting into contract pretty quickly IF we come correct with the right offer and terms. Now don't get me wrong, just throwing a low ball offer in won't work it's not that kind of market. We are just seeing some corrections take place, for various reasons, and it's a great time to capitalize on the abundance of homes with DOM (days on market).
